Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Office asks for public’s help in finding stolen snowmobiles

MASON CITY — The Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a pair of stolen snowmobiles.

They say either in the late evening hours of February 22nd or the early morning hours of February 23rd, a red 2011 Polaris 800 Pro RMK 155 and a red-and-black 2012 Polaris 800 Pro RMK 155 were stolen from Mason City Power Sports at 12499 265th Street in Mason City. Neither snowmobile has been recovered.

A vehicle believed to be used by two male suspects during the thefts is a white Ford four-door pickup truck with a dark colored stripe located at the bottom of the doors.
